JR CLEMENT INN KOCHI

Great location. Perfect for train transport and for long haul bus to Kochi.

Loved the friendly staff, clean room and pillow selection. The location was perfect for meeting friends and was very quiet. Loved access to laundry.

The bed was not so comfortable for me, but many beds in Japan are difficult for me to sleep on. I have a tempurpedic mattress at home.

Of the 3 JR Clement hotels I stayed in on this trip, this was the more modern one. And unlike the others, not a wedding venue.

It didn’t have a bar.

Phenominal breakfast. Nice Onsen.Absolutely beautiful room.

Location couldn't be more convenient for the main station, being right next door. The tram stop is also right next door which makes it easy to get to the town centre, castle etc.

Not many restaurants nearby, although that's not the hotel's fault.

Near/ in kochi train station . Parking lot / garage on site.

Idk it was too busy or something- just didn’t feel very comfy or warm. I didn’t really care for the room / no views etc .

First class accommodation. Very fine hotel right next to train station. White glove treatment. Very good breakfast. Helpful staff. Many good restaurants in walking distance. Right next to police station.

Very close to the trains station and the convenience store. The downtown shopping area is within walking distance too.

Convenience, noise but clean

The noise are horrible, you can hear the noise from next room, and police car. As well as the train. However other than that, the room are great

Bed was too firm for me.

Excellent location just to the right of Kochi Station, and an easy walk into the main shopping area. An above average business hotel, clean and modern. Breakfast was a choice of 7 different "sets", one of them western. Since seared bonito is a specialty of the region, I had the seared bonito set both mornings, it was excellent.

It would have been nice to have an onsen in the hotel, but really nothing to complain about in the hotel.

Location was great and the room was very nice. The bed was very comfortable for me, and the staff was very nice. We had some issues finding the way to park our car before checking in because we didn't know for sure that we were supposed to park at the adjacent parking garage before talking to the hotel front staff (but maybe I didn't read the find print). 1000 yen for parking per day felt reasonable, though we have stayed many hotels that had a free parking, so it felt a little meh, but most hotels around the Kochi city metro didn't have any parking, so it was nice to have the parking garage right next to the hotel.

Great location next to the Kochi JR Station. Staff was able to help me ship my luggage to Narita airport on time and helped me fill out the paper work as well.

the overall cleanliness of the hotel needed to be improved. There was a layer of dust covering the upper part wall of the elevator. Every time I took the elevator, I felt very uncomfortable.

Excellent location,especially for catching the brilliant My Yu bus to the botanical garden,temple and coast.

Liked everything but didn't have breakfast as didn't think it was good value.( I previously mistakenly reviewed our hotel in Tokushima for this one. It was not booked through Booking.com)

The recycled slippers and the shower curtain was stained.
